Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh
CHI 99 is hosting the Conference Reception at the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. Come enjoy
the Museum's Hall of Architecture featuring America's largest collection of plaster casts... the
marbled and gilded Music Hall Foyer_the Dinosaur Hall...and the Sculpture Court, the perfect
place to enjoy a spring evening.
The Museums are located in the Oakland section, just outside of downtown Pittsburgh.
They are not within walking distance. Shuttle buses from each of the conference hotels
will run from 7:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
We invite you to join your colleagues for an exciting evening of entertainment, music,
and fine food. The Conference Reception is included with conference registration and
Accompanying Persons registration. Additional tickets may be purchased for US$55 with
your advance registration or on site at the CHI Store.
Attendees are welcome to bring their children to the reception. Please see the registration
form for the prices of children's tickets. Also, child care will be available at the
Doubletree Hotel during the reception at parents' expense.
