Instructors
Jakob Nielsen is a user experience visionary, specializing in web usability, and co-founder of Nielsen Norman Group. He was formerly a Distinguished Engineer at Sun Microsystems. He writes the bi-montly Alertbox column at www.useit.com/alertbox/. Rolf Molich owns and manages DialogDesign, a usability consultancy in Denmark. He has recently supervised a number of large scale comparative usability tests of commercial web sites in order to determine common strengths and pitfalls in design and usability test process. Bruce "Tog" Tognazzini, formerly a Distinguished Engineer at Sun Microsystems and Apple Computer's Human Interface Evangelist, is now lead designer at Healtheon, producing Internet-based healthcare solutions. He writes the monthly AskTog column at www.asktog.com.
