Ann Blandford is a Reader in Computing Science and teaches HCI courses at Middlesex University. She is experienced in software development and usability evaluation. Jason Good is a Research Fellow at Middlesex University, working with an industrial partner (Praxis Critical Systems Ltd.) on applying PUMA within ongoing design practice.
